TMB has a challenging opportunity for Sr. Executive Assistant to support a U.S. Navy program office.


• Manage the Enlisted Performance Evaluation and Officer Fitrep process.
• Prepare high quality, executive-level briefings, reports, and other documentation in support of customer programs.
• Prepare correspondence and interoffice communications for daily distribution.
• Manage, track, and maintain official correspondence.
• Serve as point of contact for all Defense Travel System (DTS), foreign travel, and passport transactions.
• Manage the Enlisted Performance Evaluation and Officer Fitrep process.
• Assist with the processing of Court Martial paperwork.
• Maintain the Program Manager (PM)/Deputy Program Manager (DPM) Travel Books.
• Maintain the organization chart, phone roster, emergency contacts list, and muster listing.
• Administer the leave calendar.
• Manage the calendar/schedule for the PM/DPM.
• Create and distribute name-tags and New Employee Packages.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and ceremonies as required.
• Print weekly reports/briefs from contractors in preparation for PM/DPM meetings.
• Coordinate and arrange security clearances for compound and building access for visiting guests.
• Escort visiting guests for meetings with the PM/DPM.
• Coordinate meetings with Senior Officials and Industry offices.
• Interact frequently with Navy and civilian personnel and must have outstanding verbal communications skills.
• Make sound decisions and valuable recommendations that reflect subject matter competence and good judgment.
• Other duties as assigned.


  • Navy Yeomen (E6-E9), or Bachelor's Degree.
  • DOD Secret security clearance
  • Expert Knowledge of current Enlisted Performance Evaluation and Officer Fitrep process.
  • Analytical skills, Organizational skills, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to be able to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
  • Available to support occasional meetings held outside of normal working hours
  • Full COVID vaccination is required for this position.
