TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Program Analyst to provide support to PMS 377. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
  • Serve as interface and facilitator between front office and PEO Ships.
  • Serve as Action Officer to track and resolve actions generated within and outside the Program Office.
  • Coordinate data calls among PAPMs. Develop program-level briefings and presentations.
  • Coordinate awards, farewells and special graphics as required. Serve as editor for quarterly program newsletter.
  • Supervise front office staff. Maintain Program Office Handbook.
  • Review GAO reports, Navy and DoD Instructions and other documents for impact on program.
  • Facilitate meetings and program office All-Hands events.
  • Coordinate PM/DPM calendars.
  • Develop and maintain tools for tracking program POCs and Stakeholder Maps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of professional experience working in a large shipbuilding program.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
