TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide support to PEO IWS CFO. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide overarching budget support to the PEO IWS CFO and lead the POM process.
  • Generate budget control reports throughout the budget cycle for DON, OSD (Budget Estimates (BES)), and the President’s Budget (PB).
  • Monitor and generate the results of the congressional appeals process for RDTEN, OPN, WPN and PANMC.
  • Generate financial management monitoring reports for metrics comparing total program dollars to obligations and expenditures status for all PEO IWS appropriations.
  • Collect budget requests throughout PEO IWS and utilize PBIS to provide funding statistics vs requests.
  • Conduct POM Tracking for historical and current data for POM22-POM26.
  • Generate OMN TOA report and OMN budget exhibit data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and 10 years' experience.
  • PBIS experience is a plus.
  • Navy ERP experience required.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
