TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst to provide support to PEO IWS 4.0.

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract management support for NAVSEA procurement contracts as well as funds allocated to Navy field activities.
  • Provide assistance with contracts and procurement including putting together procurement packages including reviewing and editing Sections B through J, tracking required procurement actions, developing Procurement Requests, and performing contract closeouts.
  • Must have working knowledge of contract types including CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, and T&M. Knowledge of SPS for generating PRs a plus.
  • Track CLIN/SLIN expenditures rates for major contracts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Navy hardware and engineering services procurements; how to budget, plan and execute subject contracts; and how to allocate funds, manage CLINS/SLINS, and track contractor expenditures relative to POP dates and appropriation end dates.
  • Working knowledge of contract types including CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP and T&M.
  • Knowledge of SPS for generating PRs a plus.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite with a heavy focus on MS Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with EDA (Electronic Document Access), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) and MS Access
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
